Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your piece, add it to the cart and check out. Payment is online, so all orders are prepaid.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We accept prepaid orders only, which helps us dispatch quickly and keep prices fair.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, including Custom Karigar Orders, with no minimum order value.
Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location, and 2 to 4 working days within Karnataka.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
Returns and damage
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. It's required for any damage claim. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the video. Once we verify the damage, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
Custom Karigar Orders
What is a Custom Karigar Order?
Send us a photo of any jewellery design you love, and our karigar craftsmen will recreate it in 925 sterling silver.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders take 15 to 45 working days, depending on the design. Same-day dispatch doesn't apply to custom pieces.
How do I pay for a custom order?
Full payment is taken upfront when the order is confirmed.
About our jewellery
What is 925 sterling silver?
It's silver that is 92.5% pure, mixed with other metals for strength. It's the standard for quality silver jewellery.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Keep it dry and store it in an airtight pouch away from perfume, sprays and moisture. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Are the stones real?
Our stones are CZ (cubic zirconia) unless the product page says the stone is certified.
